A&J Farms is looking for a driver with flatbed and/or stepdeck experience.
$2000.00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED DRIVERS!! $500.00 paid after first week!!
All drivers considered!
Our trucks are licensed for 48 states. Most trucks run 11 western and others go cross country.
Pay is per mile plus 0.06 cents per diem per mile. PAY BASED ON ODOMETER MILES.
Also paid every time you load, more for tarping, detention per hour, and on holidays.
Fuel mileage incentive program allows drivers to earn an extra $.02 to $.04 per mile on all miles each month.
Over length loads pays $.05 to $0.10 more per mile to the driver.
Driver gets a company phone, health insurance, retirement 3% match, and nice new equipment.
Our oldest long haul truck is a 2014. All trucks are Kenworths.
Well maintained trucks to keep breakdowns to a minimum.
Our trucks average 2300 to 3300 miles per week, 10K-13K miles a month and Time off is granted easily.
We are a small company with 9 trucks. We are looking for someone that is interested in the company’s success to ensure their own. Our philosophy is to work WITH each other not FOR each other.
