Compensation:
Mileage Pay Package:
2-3 years commercial experience $.43 CPM
OR
Percentage Pay Package:
27% of line haul
3+ commercial experience $.44 CPM
With $0.01 CPM increases annually!
Maxed at $0.47 CPM

Owner/Operators:
72.5% w/Barber Trailer
77.5% w/their own trailer
Requirements:
•Current Class “A” CDL
•Minimum 23 Years of Age
•2 Years Verifiable OTR Tractor Trailer Experience
•Current DOT Medical Examiners Certificate
•Successfully Complete DOT Drug & Alcohol Screen (FMCSR 382.301)
•Pass Road Test (Based on the Commonwealth of PA Commercial Driver License Test)
•Possess a Proven Track Record of Good Customer Service
•Steady Work History Averaging 1 Year or More at Previous Employers in the Last 4 Years
•No DUI, DWI, Reckless Driving or other Serious Violations (FMCSR 383.51)
•Safe Driving Record in the Last 3 Years
